IndexXit Pro 2.1 Review



IndexXit is intended for maintaining and retrieving data for collections, inventories, project progress, web pages, digital pictures and other similar lists of data. The user will define specific table details and intended purposes. IndexXit Pro handles pictures in the cell, in full window display, in thumbnails, slide shows and presentations. For individual or business use IndexXit Pro files are compatible with spreadsheets and databases. Organize pictures located anywhere on your computer. Pictures remain where they are. No tags, no renaming required. The picture display is so simple that there is a CHILD MODE. For long lists a search facility lets you find any item. The amount of data stored for each item is not limited. Retrieve pictures from a folder and view them immediately in a slide show. Quickly done because pictures are not moved or copied. Add project or picture data to each picture. Special data handling includes web sites and email addresses. Make lists of either for your convenience. A column can be formatted for web site addresses. Click any address and go direct to the site through your browser. Any email address in any list can be enabled to start your email handler with the proper recipient entered. Each IndexXit Pro file is saved as a comma delimited text file readable by any spreadsheet or workstation database. IndexXit Pro files are available in a list on the interface for quick access.
